Autism Action South Africa - Progress is the goal

Meet Jace King, a "Sandwich Kid". He's smack dab in the middle of his brother Taylor, who has autism, and his own life - what he needs and wants. Sometimes these circumstances don't mix so well together. A formidable force, Jace uses wit, charm and keen insights as his "brother's keeper" to share his story and extract laughter and tears from the brothers and sisters he interviews in the film. Siblings from 6 to 59 share experiences and perspectives in the challenges they face as a result of their brother or sister's disability.

A film about the challenges and triumphs of siblings of people with disabilities. Featuring 12-year-old Jace King, the Sandwich Kid shares dozens of candid "sibs" interviews.

"I'm in the middle between what I want and need and what my brother needs from me ... I'm a sandwich kid" - Jace King (little brother of Taylor - the star of "Normal People Scare Me.")
